ClearWater Express Wash is expected to open a location in northwest Allen, the company’s website states.

The business offers a car wash menu with multiple options of wash type, as well as membership and family plans with unlimited car washes. There are more than 100 planned and existing locations of ClearWater Express Wash and its sister brand BlueWave Express Wash, according to its website.

The planned car wash facility will span over 4,800 square feet alongside a nearly 1,200-square-foot ancillary building and is expected to cost $2.25 million to construct, a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations states. Construction of the facility is planned to begin in late May and be completed by February 2027, according to the filing.
