Luxury real estate brokerage firm Nan and Co. officially opened a new office in the Cypress area according to an Oct. 9 news release.

The new office marks the fifth location for Nan and Co. in the Greater Houston area; with other locations in The Woodlands, Galveston, Heights and Galleria areas.
“Expanding into Cypress is especially meaningful for me personally, as it’s where I grew up,” Nancy Almodovar, co-founder and co-chief executive officer of Nan & Company Properties, said. “Beyond my personal connection, Cypress is a rapidly expanding community with tremendous opportunity, and we are thrilled to establish a presence there."
