Construction is about 40% complete for apartment complex Lively at Cypress Creek, a representative with the general contractor RAH Contractors confirmed via a Feb. 12 email.

The complex will be located in the Willowbrook area and consist of 324 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities for Lively at Cypress Creek will include a dog park, pool, exercise room and detached garages.
