Trammell Crow Residential, a residential development company, is gearing up to open Alexan Cypress Creek, a new apartment complex in Cypress.

The apartments, located at 9302 Fry Road, Cypress, will feature one- and two-bedroom apartment units with five different floor plans, according to its website.

• 763-to-860-square-foot units for the one-bedroom apartments
• 1,131-to-1,226-square-foot units for the two-bedroom apartments
