Resale goes upscale at Designer Touch, a resale and consignment shop at the Lakes of Riata. The boutique, which opened inside Lollipops and Gumdrops in August, offers jewelry, shoes, dresses and other women's clothing, as well as some men's clothing. Customers can also bring in clothing and other items to sell at the shop.
