Officials with Waffle House have confirmed that a new location of the chain restaurant will open in the first or second week of January at the corner of Huffmeister and Cypress North Houston roads. The Georgia-based chain specializes in breakfast items, such as waffles, hash browns, omelets and Texas melts.
