Crystal Bay Designs celebrated a recent expansion with a grand re-opening that took place Jan. 25 at 11438 Cypress North Houston Road, Cypress. The vinyl craft supply store offers an extensive supply of heat transfer vinyl, adhesive vinyl and blanks as well as rhinestone and spangle transfers and poly glitter for tumbler cups.
