All-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant Sushi Haya has opened in a new location in Cypress. Another location operates at 21542 Hwy. 249, Ste. 5, Houston.
Cooked specialty sushi rolls include:
- Dragon roll: An eel and cucumber roll topped with avocado and eel sauce
- Volcano roll: California roll topped with spicy crawfish crunch flake, spicy mayo and eel sauce
- Shaggy dog: Shrimp tempura and avocado roll topped with kani, spicy mayo, eel sauce and crunch flake
Raw specialty sushi rolls include:
- Spicy girl: Peppered tuna and avocado roll topped with spicy salmon and spicy mayo
- New surf and turf: Spicy tuna roll topped with seared Angus beef and spicy garlic sauce
- Orange Dragon: Spicy tuna roll topped with salmon and avocado
Sushi Haya’s menu also offers appetizers, soups, salads, bento lunch specials, fried rice, teriyaki and hibachi dishes, and Japanese desserts.
