For an extra kick, diners can substitute Alamo Red Habanero mix for the jalapeno mix.[/caption]
For $10, diners can tackle both a spicy snack and a drink in the Chupacabra bloody mary at The Backyard Grill.
The beverage is mixed with Alamo Red Jalapeno mix and topped with snacks: a bacon-wrapped jalapeno stuffed with pulled pork, a bacon-wrapped shrimp brochette, two jalapeno-stuffed olives, celery, another strip of bacon and a Meemaw’s spicy pickle.
Most diners attempt the edible elements of their drink first, before moving on to the drink itself, General Manager Kyle Bowen said.
“It can get messy,” he said.
