Crafty Cantina, which opened May 23, offers homemade drinks and cocktails with a fresh-first mentality at its warehouse-themed venue near Willowbrook Mall.
“It is a true scratch kitchen and bar with everything created right here,” General Manager Carlos Hernandez said.
One of the fresh drinks on the menu is the berry lemonade, crafted with vodka, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice and muddled mixed berries.
Priced at $8, this cocktail uses one of the six variations of simple syrup made at Crafty Cantina. Each syrup variation has different infusions and brings out the many flavor profiles in the craft specialty cocktails on the menu, Hernandez said.
