The Cy-Fair area, measured by the U.S. Census Bureau as the boundaries of Cy-Fair ISD, saw its population grow by more than 55,000 people between 2014-18. Cy-Fair is largely located in unincorporated Harris County, split between the county’s third and fourth precincts. The city of Jersey Village, a 3.5-square-mile city of just under 8,000 people, is also located in the southeastern part of Cy-Fair.
