Willowbrook Plaza is set to gain 10 new businesses with over 15,000 square feet sold for these new tenants, according to Mishorim Gold, the manager of the property.
Some of the incoming businesses to the plaza are new concept restaurants Congregate Kitchen and Panoramic Pizza as well as new locations of Mahana Fresh, Casa Nostra and Bluefin Sushi.
“We feel strongly about creating a sense of community and look to provide not only popular mainstream offerings, but a mix of unique, homegrown brands,” Mishorim Gold Developer Mark Gold said in an email. “The future of shopping isn’t just merchandise; it’s a mix of retail, great food and family friendly experiences.”
Much like Mishorim Gold’s property in Wesley Chapel, Florida, the realty company sees Willowbrook Plaza brimming with potential due to features the plaza has to offer, Gold said.
