Old Navy, Party City and Homegoods/Marshalls are a few of the businesses to open in the big-box tenant spaces of the Fairfield Town Center since construction on Phase 1 wrapped up in November. Signs have now been posted announcing eight more businesses that will fill in some of the remaining suites within the shopping center, which is anchored by Academy Sports + Outdoors. The following businesses have been announced as coming soon:
- Jersey Mike's
- Poolwerx
- Pumpd Nutrition
- Russo's New York Pizzeria
- Sally Beauty Supply
- Sport Clips
- The UPS Store
- Village Nail Bar
Specific opening dates have not been announced, but developers with Washington Prime Group have previously stated that businesses in Phase 1 will be opening throughout the end of 2016 and through mid-2017. The 600,000-square-foot Fairfield Town Center is located along Hwy. 290 near the Fairfield master-planned community and the Houston Premium Outlets. Tenants for Phase 2—which will be constructed to the immediate west of Phase 1—have not been announced, but proposed tenants include a movie theater and a Ross Dress for Less.
