Dessert shop franchise The Peach Cobbler Factory is setting up shop in Cy-Fair with plans to open in November, Tiffanie Johnson, owner of The Peach Cobbler Factory Cy-Fair, confirmed.

Johnson said there are plans for a grand opening celebration on Nov. 7 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and activities for all ages as an opportunity to introduce The Peach Cobbler Factory Cy-Fair to its neighbors and community.
"For me, this opening represents family, legacy, entrepreneurship and community," Johnson said. "I am incredibly excited to open our doors and welcome Cy-Fair into The Peach Cobbler Factory family."
Meet the owner
Opening a Peach Cobbler Factory allows Johnson to combine a personal connection to peach cobbler with her professional experience in operations and food service, she said.
"Opening The Peach Cobbler Factory has a very personal meaning for me. My connection to peach cobbler began long before I ever considered becoming a franchise owner," Johnson said. "My late grandmother made peach cobbler for our family, and it was something that brought us together around the table. Some of my favorite memories are connected to those family gatherings and her cobbler."
Johnson said the goal for The Peach Cobbler Factory Cy-Fair is to become a neighborhood business and to be actively involved in the community through partnerships with schools, churches, nonprofit organizations and other community groups.
