Hat Creek Burger Co. unveiled preliminary site plans at a Sept. 10 Coppell City Council meeting for a new location at 150 W. SH 121, Coppell. The Austin-based restaurant serves full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Some of the dishes include breakfast tacos, pancakes, burgers, salads, specialty shakes and more.
