What residents should know
The countywide burn ban only impacts unincorporated areas of the county, but residential and commercial properties are still restricted from burning certain materials, such as:
Garbage
Manmade materials
Debris from land clearing (large trees, major foliage)
Residents are able to burn items such as small tree limbs and leaves, but should check any city restrictions on burning if living within city limits, according to the fire marshal's office.
