Flashing yellow lights
The city of Conroe has activated flashing yellow lights at 14 out of the 26 planned locations at intersections throughout the city. Tommy Woolley, the director of capital projects and transportation for the city, said the lights will help mitigate confusion for drivers making left turns, particularly at intersections with green left-turn signals, during which drivers must yield to oncoming traffic.
