Home sales stay level year over year in July in Conroe, Montgomery area

Home sales stayed relatively level year over year in July in the Conroe and Montgomery area, increasing by just 0.82%, according to market data provided by local real estate firm The Spencer Team.

Despite increases in home sales in five of the eight ZIP codes in Conroe and Montgomery, total home sales increased by only 0.82% year over year in July. The ZIP codes 77304, 77316 and 77356 saw decreases in home sales year over year.

In six of the eight Conroe and Montgomery-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw a decrease year over year in July.

Of the homes that sold in July in Conroe and Montgomery, 56.2% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
