Pacific Yard House opened Sept. 1 in downtown Conroe as a full-service restaurant and music venue at the former location of the Sparkle Ice House. The establishment serves traditional comfort food with a twist, such as the 18-ounce Porterhouse Steak, truffle garlic fries and smoked meats. Pacific Yard House also features an outside patio, live music from local talents, 20 beers on tap and catering services.
