The Original Tony’s Seafood Shack opened June 8 at 17099 Walden Road, Ste. 110, Montgomery. The counter service restaurant serves appetizers, such as fried calamari and five-jalapeno crawfish fritters. Fried and seared platters include haddock, catfish, sea scallops and jumbo shrimp. It also offers shack rolls, sandwiches on toasted brioche buns, tossed salads and desserts.
