Merced-Bellshire LLC expects to complete the first phase of renovations by late July on its Bellshire Apartments at 800 Bellshire Drive, Conroe. In January, the Houston-Galveston Area Council awarded the business a $16.5 million forgivable loan to rehab 300 of the property’s units in 35 different buildings.
