The board approved Marshall Constructors for The Woodlands Ninth-Grade Campus and College Park High School renovations project. The project's focus is on upgrading the campus chillers, boilers, roof sections and handlers, as well as installing security upgrades such as exterior card readers and driveway cameras, McCord said. Construction is expected to be completed by August 2028.
The board approved Elisor Constructors to handle safety and security upgrades to various campuses in CISD, including:

- Clark Intermediate School
- Suchma Elementary School
- Hope Elementary School
- Gordon Reed Elementary School
- Bartlett Elementary School
- Lamar Elementary School
- Oak Ridge Elementary School
- Stockton Junior High School
- Moorhead Junior High School
- Grand Oaks High School
- Conroe High School
The various security upgrades to these campuses include exterior card readers and driveway cameras. McCord said construction is expected to be completed by August 2028 and will cost an estimated $25 million.
The board approved a bid by Millennium Project Solutions to handle auxiliary facility renovations at the Sadler Administration Building, Conroe ISD police command center and the Conroe Testing and Assessment Center, which will cost the district $11.5 million.
Marshall Construction was approved to handle the proposed $22 million construction project for Anderson and Glen Loch elementary schools. Anderson is expected to overhaul its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system and build a new gym, while Glen Loch is expected to receive a new gym addition. Construction is expected to be completed by August 2028.
