Vietnamese restaurant Fabulous Pho, located at 1406 N. Loop 336 W., Ste. A, Conroe, opens in late March in the Montgomery Plaza Shopping Center. Manager Thinh Le said the restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, with a menu featuring specialty phos, Vietnamese sandwiches and various authentic noodle and rice dishes.
