What about the 435th Judicial District Court judge race?

The race ended with incumbent Mike Seiler and challenger Patty Maginnis receiving 42 percent and 41 percent of the vote, respectively. However, Seiler agreed to withdraw from the race following allegations that he used confidential juror information to mail campaign literature. As the top vote-getter after Seiler, Maginnis won the primary race and will appear on the November ballot.
