Little Pookie Kids Co.
The children's boutique’s second location officially opened inside Main Street Merchants in downtown Conroe. It is owned and operated by a local Conroe mother of two. It offers mommy-and-me pieces, tween clothing, and gender-neutral styles, among other options.
Serenity Med Spa
The med spa specializes in treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, spider vein removal, chemical peels, HydraFacials, custom facials and waxing, among other services, according to the business’s website.
Benny & Hash
The business offers breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, some of what the eatery offers are traditional breakfast options, including omelets, pancake dishes and breakfast tacos. For lunch, it offers soups, salads and other dishes such as pot roast and shrimp and grits.
Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming
Documents from the state show the business will begin construction in August and wrap up in October. Dates are not set and are subject to change. It offers several pet grooming services as well as premium pet food options and a wide array of pet care essentials.
Two Step Farm
The area is moving forward with its second phase, which will include seven builders, new housing styles and a direct connector to FM 1488. Oxland officials said Phase 2 will introduce three housing types that are new to the Houston market.
