Cookie Co. celebrated its grand opening in Montgomery. The sweets shop offers a rotating gourmet cookie menu with six flavors of gourmet cookies, including the franchise's chocolate chip, sugar cookie and gluten-friendly monster cookie. Three other flavors rotate each week.
