Yoshi Ramen, located just north of St. David's HealthCare at 3320 Harmon Ave., Austin, opens Jan. 19. Chef Stacy Chen said her grandmother, who owned a ramen shop in Osaka, Japan, in the 1980s, is the inspiration behind the restaurant.
