The Trail Foundation, a local nonprofit that works to improve the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake, broke ground on its Trail Bridge at Congress Avenue project March 28. The $2.5 million project was funded by private donations to The Trail Foundation.
