The Westin Austin Downtown hotel’s rooftop pool and bar, Azul, opened its renovated space April 7. Renovations include an increase in seating capacity and cabanas as well as a new food and drink menu. New menu items include hand-crafted cocktails such as the Blood Orange Achiote Margarita and sharable plates, such as edamame and Texas peach sorbet. The hotel is located at 310 E.
