Jump, a dockless electric bikeshare service from Uber, launched in Austin on July 2. It also operates in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Sacramento, Santa Cruz and San Francisco. The company, which was acquired by Uber in May, offers electric bikes that allow for speeds up to 20 miles per hour.
