Bloomers and Frocks, a vintage women’s clothing and accessories store located at 1628 S. First St., Austin, in half of a vintage stone house will expand to occupy the entire house in mid-July. The expansion will double the shop’s size and expand the business' selection to include more vintage items as well as gifts and accessories from local artisans.
