Robotic coffee distributor Briggo will open its first coffee bar Jan. 16 inside Moojo at 2322 Guadalupe St., Austin. Customers may purchase their personalized coffee drink via Briggo’s mobile app or on-site. The location follows a pilot launch on The University of Texas at Austin campus, which provided crucial insights into customer behavior for the burgeoning company.
