Takuya Matsumoto and Tatsu Aikawa, owners of three Ramen Tatsu-Ya locations and the new Texas-Japanese fusion spot Kemuri Tatsu-Ya in East Austin, have leased a restaurant space at 7301 Burnet Road, Austin. The shopping plaza is home to Tacodeli, Juiceland and The Local Post Pub.
