Ramen Tatsu-Ya opened a new patio bar and food truck, Domo Alley-Gato, on Dec. 8 at its newest location, at 1600 E. Sixth St., Austin. The addition is inspired by post-World War II-era "yokocho," or alleyways, that are popular in Japan's largest cities.
