KMFA, a local independent public radio station that specializes in classical music, will move to a new home at 36 Comal St., Austin. The new studio will be part of a mixed-use redevelopment of the Rebekah Baines Johnson Center called the Hatchery. The 18,000-square-foot building will open in late 2020, tripling the size of KFMA’s current studio on North Lamar Boulevard.
