Jazz bar and Creole kitchen Ophelia opened Feb. 29 at the former site of Mettle, 507 Calles St., Austin. Lynzy "Pub" Moran, who owns and operates food truck Baton Creole, and local nightlife entrepreneur Bridget Dunlap, who owned Mettle, created the concept for the business.
