Stonehouse Coffee+Bar will open at 1105 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin, in winter 2016. Stonehouse partner Matt Luckie said the new coffee shop and bar is a “fresh and modern concept that fits nicely” in the 18th-century building next to Gibson Street Bar. Stonehouse will offer coffee, craft beer on tap, wine, pastries and gelato.
