Colorado-based Mad Greens will open at 410 W. Second St., Austin, on Jan. 10. The fast-casual salad chain announced it would move into the space previously occupied by local salad spot Leaf in 2015. Mad Greens has locations at The Domain in North Austin and in Round Rock. www.madgreens.com
