Austin hospitality group New Waterloo will open Il Brutto in the Arnold building at 1617 E. Sixth St., Austin, this summer. The neighborhood Italian restaurant’s menu emphasizes classic, fresh ingredients and housemade antipasti, pizza and pasta.
