South Austin historic restaurant Green Pastures is transforming into new restaurant Mattie’s on March 1. Paying homage to one of its original owners, Martha “mattie” Miner Faulk, the restaurant, located at 811 W. Live Oak St., Austin, underwent a 13-month restoration to give diners four options to in which to eat, including a new outdoor pavilion.
