Delicious owner Raj Singh will begin running the Bullock Texas State History Museum’s cafe at 1800 Congress Ave., Austin, and expects to open in February. Singh said he will have a garden to grow vegetables and herbs and will be offering many of the same menu items as his South Lamar Boulevard location, with the occasional museum-themed menu item. The 6,800-square-foot cafe space—which is yet to be named—is located on the second floor of the museum and has a total of 150 seats inside the building and on the outdoor deck.
