On Sept. 2, the opening day of The University of Texas’ 2017 football season, The Salt Lick will open its first concession stands at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 E. 23rd St., Austin. The Austin-area-based barbecue purveyor will operate stands on Level 1 in section 30 and on Level 3 in section 6.
