Chef Philip Speer and Via 313 co-founder Brandon Hunt opened Nobody's Business, a walk-up kitchen inside Lavaca Street Bar downtown, on Sept. 12.
The details
The concept is described as "business casual bar fare" on its Instagram page. It took over the space formerly occupied by Turf N' Surf, which closed in July, Community Impact previously reported.
Nobody's Business is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday, according to its Instagram. Lavaca Street Bar is a 21+ establishment, according to the bar's website.
On the menu
The menu features starters such as blue corn hush puppies and nachos, along with sandwiches like Nobody's Cheeseburger and a fish sandwich priced at $15-$16, according to the restaurant's online menu. Larger plates include sticky baby back ribs and a chilled noodle bowl.
