Level Up, a new bar located on the street-level corner of Second Street and Congress Avenue, will open in early spring at downtown Austin food hall Fareground, located at 111 Congress Ave., Austin. The new tenant will "engage customers all the way from the street to the plaza and into the Food Hall," according to a Dec. 13 news release issued by ELM Restaurant Group, which manages Fareground.
