The details
Owner Matthew Gould said in the post that he wants the shop to feel like a second home. The design will include a dark academia look, plenty of plants, a touch of nostalgia and comfortable seating, according to the post.
Gould, who grew up in Plymouth, Massachusetts, wrote that seeing familiar faces at his local coffee shop there helped him.
“I wanna be that space for someone else," he said in the post.
The business describes its mission as supporting mental health and spreading joy in the community, according to its website.
