New York City spot Schaller’s Stube Sausage Bar is opening a brick-and-mortar at 600 Congress Ave., Austin, in 2019. Along with his business partner Jesse Denes, Jeremy Schaller took over his grandfather’s German-style butcher shop in 2014.
