Haircuts can be upgraded with a complimentary braid add-on and a free Willie Nelson-inspired bandana.
Independence Brewery, Austin Eastciders and Rambler sparkling water will be available in custom Willie Nelson koozies.
Each shop will play a soundtrack featuring Willie Nelson all weekend to get into the spirit.
Birds Barbershop first opened in 2006 on South Lamar Boulevard by childhood friends Michael Portman and Jayson Rapaport. Since then, Birds has served upwards of 20,000 people each month.
Birds’ newest location in South Austin opened Jan. 20 at 3601 William Cannon Drive, Austin, between Brodie Lane and MoPac.
