Austin-based marketing firm Threshold acquired Canadian boutique agency Carve Creative + Strategy on June 30. A new agency, Threshold/Carve, is now open for business in both the U.S. and Canada and working to deliver customized communication and marketing strategies. "The acquisition will allow us to continue our growth by expanding not only our creative capabilities but our footprint in North America," John Wilkinson, the founder of Threshold, said in a news release on Oct. 17. Threshold/Carve will have offices in Austin, located at 3809 S. Second St., Ste. C-300, and in Waterloo, Ontario, near Toronto.
