The Crossover, a sports, retail and entertainment complex on the Cedar Park-Leander line, is for sale, according to a publicly available brochure from commercial real estate agency Transwestern.

The Crossover, located at 1717 Scottsdale Drive in Cedar Park, opened in 2020, according to previous reporting by Community Impact.
The complex includes two full-size ice rinks, an outdoor turf field, sand volleyball and pickleball courts, and an entertainment event venue. It is also home to retail tenants, a cafe and several food trucks.
The 15-acre development draws more than 1 million annual visitors, the brochure states.
The details
The sales brochure highlights potential ways a new owner could expand The Crossover and increase revenue, including adding more spectator seating around the field and ice rinks, creating meeting rooms and work zones, selling sponsorship and naming rights, and monetizing concert and event parking.
The brochure does not list a price for The Crossover and says it is “subject to offer.” Williamson County property records list the total market value of the property at $30.45 million.
