The master-planned community in Leander lies west of the crossing of Crystal Falls Parkway and the extended North Lakeline Boulevard, an intersection that is planned for new shops and a Randalls grocery store. The neighborhood is located near Leander's MetroRail station and residents have access to a Junior Olympic-size pool with splash pad, and a golf course.
